A fine range with a couple of small flaws
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things I love: All 4 burners on the stove have different outputs and sizes and are useful in different situations. The oven holds temperatures VERY evenly over long periods of time; even at lower temperatures. The racking over the burners have silicone feet which make less sound and don't scrape surfaces if you remove them for cleaning. The heati...

Piece of NOTHING
this is my second range. one week ago i got my first defective one. i now have the second one, its defective too! i spent over $1000.00 for a range i thought was going to be a good product. the first one had a error code specifying a signal malfunction, which needed replacement. the second ones firmware needed to be upgraded, per tech support. i'm returning it, too much trouble for a range.

Love the Griddle

Cooking experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great stove. It warns and cooks evenly, every meal. The rest of stove eyes work beautifully. I love the way it is designed and that I can connect via smart things. It let's me know if the stove is on or off whether it's oven or the top eyes. It's great.

Overall a great range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven looks great and heats up rapidly. I love the large middle grill. My only issue is the largest top burner does not do well on low flame. It will sputter when I have it on low and it sounds like it is going to go out. No problem with this burner if it's dialed above low.

Great range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this range back in February (2025) to replace our GE when we first built 11 years ago. It's been great so far. Only one issue with the broiler pilot light but that was rectified under the warranty. My wife does alot of home baking and she loves it, especially the wifi control for the temperature.

Stove performance

Great Stove/oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove for my grandmother because her stove kept giving her issues and it was over 15 years old, and honestly she instantly fell in love with all of its features with connecting your phone to it for your timer and the built in griddle top. She loves everything about the stove/oven from the way it looks and matches her other stainless steel appliances and all of it’s features.

Great

check your warranty
Manufacturer warranty is only for 12 months. if you buy the 3 year warranty, it is really a 2 year extended warranty. More ratings to come as the device is used

Installation Issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the range but not the issues getting it hooked up. I paid for installation when I purchased the range and after Samsung sent people out twice, I ended up having to pay a plumber myself to get it hooked up correctly so the range would fit back against the wall. I also had to have Samsung send someone out to fix the oven light issue before it was a month old. The range itself it nice and much better than my old GE range.
