In 1954, Bud and Avis Idler opened the first Idler’s Home store in San Luis Obispo, CA, and the family tradition of great customer service has continued for over 70 years. We offer major appliances, kitchen design and remodel services, outdoor living products, bedroom furniture, mattresses, and more. Here at Idler’s Home, we are committed to giving back to our local community through various initiatives and partnerships with charitable organizations and proudly support our military community with complimentary recycling of old appliances or mattresses for active military, veterans, and their spouses.
