Faulty refrigerator temperature control

Refrigerator was delivered on Friday and everything was working fine until Sunday morning when I found the refrigerator temperature at 26 degrees. The temperature was set at 37. Our previous Samsung refrigerator lasted 17 years with a few minor issues. We were reluctant to buy another Samsung due to the number of problems reported, and now we’re regretting the purchase.

I bought this fridge at Lowe’s a couple years ago, 2021-2022 and within the year the door drawers were broken.

Had high hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this fridge in the store. But when I got it home, seems not designed very well. The middle shelf can not be adjusted so to speak and is very flimsy so when you put heavy things on it it bows. And the retractable shelf thing is a cool idea but once you do that you loose all that space and can only fit like 1 gallon of milk comfortably. And the little shelves on the bottom of the door are useless cause if you put anything there you forget about it cause you can't even see what's there. But the one upside is the ice makers. They are awesome! Of and the water dispenser on the outside dribbles water onto the front of the fridge and onto the floor.
